First of all, we note that R-COMPOSIT FROST is intended for waterproofing those surfaces where there is a constant exposure to water. The composition is one-component and is supplied ready-made. Therefore, according to the application instructions, there are no special requirements for mixing the composition, as well as preparing the surface before applying R-COMPOSIT FROST. The order of work in this case will be as follows: firstly, the surface of the concrete bowl is primed with diluted organic solvents R-COMPOSIT FROST in a certain ratio and then 2 mm of working layers of the composition are applied. After complete polymerization of the coating, which takes at least 24 hours, the tiles can be mounted on the insulated surface. Tile adhesive adhesion to R-COMPOSIT FROST is excellent! The coating will not soften, as it is designed specifically for waterproofing pools, ponds, fountains with the possibility of subsequent installation of tiles. It is also allowed to use this composition as a topcoat, since R-COMPOSIT FROST after polymerization is resistant to those mechanical influences that may occur during the operation of swimming pools. An additional advantage is the possibility of tinting the composition to match the interior design of the customer.
It is important to note that in the case of using the R-COMPOSIT FROST waterproofing coating, no additional use of penetrating waterproofing is required, which significantly reduces the cost of the estimate.
Thus, our company offers a simple effective solution designed to provide waterproofing and sealing of concrete pool basins, which does not require special skills and special tools to carry out the work.
